The Washington Business Location Database is the only publicly available database that covers all business types. This file has records for each business location in the State of Washington. Records in the database are created when businesses file a Master Business Application. This filing can have any number of uses:

• Apply for state business licenses and receive a Unified Business Identifier (UBI) number
• Add or change trade names
• Open a new location
• Change your ownership structure
• Apply for some city licenses
• Register as an employer
• Reopen an old business

Nearly every business and every business location in Washington has a record in this database. This includes Corporations, Sole Proprietorships, Limited Partnerships, Charitable Organizations and others.

The Washington Business Location database contains the business name, business mailing address, business physical address, business telephone number, location first activity date, and other information. We obtain this database directly form the Master License Service and sell it to our clients at a significant discount. Our current fee is $100 for the complete file mailed to you on a CD-ROM.

We also offer our Washington business list clients a monthly data set made up of only new records. The majority of the 4,000 to 6,000 records in this custom file represent brand new businesses and new business locations. Separate files are available for each county and a statewide file is also available. Pricing for this program is:

• $100 for any single month
• $300 for a 6 month subscription
• $500 for a 12 month subscription
