Having a experienced and resourceful investigator work your locate assignment can be the most important aspect in a positive result. We are aware of the hordes of 'instant result' locate searches available online costing as much as $350 each. These searches generate leads only, not a verified address. We use some of the same information resources as those companies but it costs us only a very small fraction of the prices charged to the retail consumer. The benefit to you is that your money is spent having an experienced professional following up leads, not simply generating them.

Our fee for private party locates is $225. This fee includes up to 2 hours of investigations and up to $30 in expenses. We have an overall success rate of over 85% within the initial time period. Additonal time, with client approval, is charged at $85 per hour.

Due to the additional time required in screening clients, ( we have to be satisfied of who you are and why you're hiring us to find someone ) and the expected increase in time spent with clients, we charge more for locates from private party clients than we do for our attorney clients.

For the protection and privacy of locate subjects, we may sometimes require the approval of the subject before disclosing their information to our client. In this case, if such approval is not granted, we will forward correspondence to the subject from our client. External audits are available for these situations. You will know in advance if this applies to your assignment.

New clients can get us started by fax, phone, or email. Any of the following information is helpful:

• Subject name
• Last known and prior addresses
• Age or date of birth
• SSN
• Your relationship to the subject.
• Any other information you feel is helpful or pertinent.
